Dust Spares Guarantee

The Dust Spares Team believe that we provide a fast and excellent service. Therefore, we have added guarantees for every customer that orders with us! If we do not match our guarantees, then you can get something from us! Below are the guarantees and what you can receive if we do not deliver on them:

Order before 14:30 Monday – Friday for Next Day Delivery… or we refund carriage!

• If you place your order before 14:30 Monday – Friday then you will receive your order the next working day. Your order must only contain in stock items (items with no back order) and the shipping address must be mainland UK. If you do not receive your order next working day, then we will refund you the carriage cost of the order. This only applies to orders where ‘Tuffnells P1’ is selected at checkout as the delivery service. ‘Next working day’ does not include bank holidays. If there any delays with shipping then we will notify you of delays at checkout. If you didn’t receive your items because of a delay that you were made aware of, then you will not be eligible for a refund of your carriage.

We will respond to your ‘Contact Us’ and ‘Ask A Question’ emails within two hours of us receiving it. If we don’t reply within the two hours then you will receive 10% off your order. You will only receive 10% off your order if we don’t respond within two hours of us receiving your email and your email was sent during our working hours.

We have got rid of our 15% Restocking Fee and now offer free returns.

• If you would like to return your goods, please email or call us and we can arrange collection.
• You are only eligible for returns within 14 days of you receiving the items
• The items must be collected from you in a resalable condition, new and unused (we may ask for you to provide images)
• Items that have been made to specific customer requirements are not eligible as returns. This refers to non-stock items – if you require clarification please ask when placing your order.
